Lois Green, 83, of Henderson passed away Thursday at her residence.
She was born Oct. 12, 1917, at Henderson, to Allen and Gertie Parton Arnett, and was a lifetime resident and native of the area and a member of Henderson First Baptist Church.
She is survived by a daughter, Thelma McFadin; a brother, Leonard Arnett; sisters, Louise Ferrell and Ida Hall; and many nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Green was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Maxie Green; a brother; and a sister.
Visitation will be noon - 9 pm today at Roller Funeral Home with the family receiving friends from 6 - 7 pm.
A funeral will be at 2 pm Sunday at Roller Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Dr. Michael Shy officiating.
Burial will be in Custer-Herron cemetery.
