Terry was born October 31, 1938 at the Wisler Family Farm in Adams County, son of the late John J. and Mary Kathryn (Wisler) Baltzley.
He retired from Knouse Foods in June of 2003 as a maintenance supervisor after many years of service.
Terry enjoyed hunting, fishing, caring for horses and spending quality time with his beloved family. He was a member of Benders Lutheran Church in Biglerville.
Survivors include his daughter, Jenny L. Baltzley of New Oxford; two sons, Michael E. Baltzley of Aspers and David E. Baltzley of Montrose; a brother, Donald L. Baltzley of Gettysburg; and a sister, Phyllis J. Powell of Gettysburg; and four nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a son, Gregory A. Baltzley, who died in 1996.
Interment was in Benders Lutheran Church Cemetery.
