Ogden – Mr. and Mrs. Anderson were sorely afflicted last Saturday, by the loss of their little daughter, Eva. "Death loves a shining mark"; and his ways of accomplishing his purposes are many. She took a cup containing a solution of potash, from the table, and before her mother could prevent, drank a portion of its contents. She lived but a few hours. February 23, 1886.
