OBITUARY: Mrs. Macey M. Wheat is Mourned
Last rites for Mrs. Macey May Wheat, 75, of McComb are scheduled to be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Catchings Chapel. Mrs. Wheat, who was born April 2, 1885, in Walthall County, died at her residence at 4:30 a.m. today. She had lived in McComb for many years.
She leaves her husband, Dave M. Wheat; three brothers, Silas and Hosea Alexander, Enon, and Milton Alexander, Columbia; a sister, Mrs. Van C. Smith, Darbun; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Myrtis May; two grandsons and a granddaughter.
Burial will be in Moak's Creek Cemetery with Catchings Funeral Home in charge of services.
