Elizabeth Upshaw, daughter of William and Jemima Upshaw, married Elisha Starling Jr. in 1830. The family came to Randolph County, Arkansas in 1847-50, where they raised their large family. Elizabeth died sometime after 1880. There is no tombstone for Elizabeth or Elisha, however they are buried among their many children and grandchildren.
