Kenneth Benjamin Adams, 82, passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2010 in Delta, Utah.

Born April 7, 1927 in Woodrow, Utah to John Quincy and Maria Concepción Piñeda Adams.

Attended Delta area schools and graduated Delta High School. Attended BYU a short time, returning home after death of his father to care for his mother. Served LDS mission to Mexico.

Married LoRaine Petersen on October 15, 1953 in Manti LDS Temple. They raised eight children. LoRaine died September 24, 1995.

Faithful home teacher, and served as Stake Mission President and missionary. As seventy, shared testimony of the gospel with many people. Raised and sold horses for his living, and enjoyed the outdoors.

Survived by children: John K Adams, NM; Holly (Alan) Anderson, NM; MariAnn Trillo, Delta; Stacy (Lee) Thatcher, Scipio; Angela (Johnny) Fulton, Delta; twenty-eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; siblings: Leonard (Donna) Adams, CA; Grace Christensen, Orem. Preceded in death by children: Dean, EllaJean, and Russell; siblings: John Alfred; Clifford, Mary, Ella.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. in the Sutherland, UT Ward Chapel. A viewing will be held at the Church on Wednesday morning from 9:00-10:40 a.m.
Burial will be in the Delta Cemetery under the direction of Nickle Mortuary.
