Cecil Wayne Dean, age 64 of Manassas, Virginia died Saturday, April 3, 2010 at his residence.

Cecil was born August 19, 1945 in Galax, Virginia son of the late Donald Hurley and Josephine (Lawson) Dean. He was the best father, provider, friend, and mentor to all family and friends. He loved with unconditional love and was a non judgmental person and the best fence man this world has ever seen. Cecil was a minister with Gospel Train Ministries.

He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Kelly F. Dean and John R. "Bob" Dean and one sister, Linda Dean.

Survivors include five children, Freddy Dean, Tina Dean, Michael Dean, Jason Dean and Tara Dean; three sisters, Jackie Lawrence, Becky Perry and husband CG and Patty Lee and husband Patrick; two brothers, Donald Dean and Ronny Dean and wife Sandra and six grandchildren, Kourtney Leigh Dean, Brittany Nicole Dean, Samuel White, Ashley Dill, Christopher Dean and Nicholas Dean. Also surviving are his special nieces, nephews and friends.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 & 7:00-9:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas. Funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Manassas Assembly of God, 11500 New Life Way, Bristow, Virginia with Pastor Tom Moore officiating. Interment will follow at Stonewall Memory Gardens, Manassas.
