Warren Charles Bacon, a veteran of World War II, suffered a skull fracture when he fell from his horse at the corner of Fleetwood and Reynolds Street, in Ft. Wayne, IN. He was taken home by a passing motorist; and soon became unconscious.

Warren graduated 1940 from Central High School in Fort Wayne, IN.

Surviving are his parents, Anna Elizabeth (Kiel) and Ernest Celistia Bacon; a brother, Gerald Bacon of Fort Wayne, IN; two sisters, Iona Brames of Monroeville and LoArta Bacon at home; and his grandmother, Tressa Bacon, Avilla.
