Jane Marie (Foley) Abbott, 62, of Alexander passed away May 3, 1999. Jane was born July 29, 1936 in Medford, Massachusetts. She was a homemaker and of the Baptist faith.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents James and Grace (Laporte) Foley. She is survived by her husband, Jebby Abbott; four sons, Brain Taylor of Germany, Bruce Taylor and Alan Perry both of Alexander, Scott Scanlin of Oklahoma; two daughters, Lori George of Boston, Massachusetts, Cindy Abbott of Alexander; and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, May 6 at Pinecrest Memorial Park Gazebo with Dr. James Mills officiating. Burial will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, Arkansas. Assisting as pallbearers are Joseph Harris, James Russell Ashton Jr., Timothy P. Abbott Jr., and Timothy Paul Abbott Sr. Visitation will be Wednesday, May 5 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at North Little Rock Funeral Home.
