James A. Smarlow, 64, of Vine Grove, Ky., Rt. 1, died Sunday in Ft. Knox. Survivors include his wife; Mrs. Viola L. Smarlow: two stepdaughters, Mrs. Nannie K Ramsey, of Louisville, and Mrs. Lucy E. Reed, of Winslow, Ark. 13 Step grandchildren and 21 step great-grandchildren. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. John the Apostle Catholic 1 Church, Brandenburg, Ky., with burial in Ft; Knox Cemetery. The body is at Hager-Wright Funeral Home, Brandenburg.
