Lawrence Henry Herman, 56, Fish Creek, died at his home Tuesday following a heart attack. A farmer, he lived all his life in Door county. He was born at Fish Creek on Nov. 29, 1900 to Frank and Lydia Herman.
He was a member of the Zion Ev. United Brethren church of Gibraltar township.
The sole immediate survivor is a sister, Mrs. Albert (Lena) Isaacson, Ellison Bay.
The body is now in state at the Casperson funeral home and will be taken at noon on Friday to the Zion church where it will lie in state until the services at 2 p.m. Last rites will be conducted by the Rev. Merlin Goehring. Burial will be in the Baileys Harbor town cemetery.
Special music will be provided at the services by Mrs. Ernest Isaacson. Pallbearers will be Richard Baker, Walter Reinhard, Ervin Franke, Alfred Franke, Oscar Reinhard and Archie Reinhard.
