Known for being 36 her entire life, Rose Bottfeld was the 5'th child of Abraham and Fannie Atlas. A bright child who grew to be the loving wife of Philip Bottfeld and mother to three sons, Stephen, Richard and Bram, as well as grandmother to Abbe, Sara, Philip and Stephanie.
A lover of music, she played the piano. A believer in helping others, she worked with Sister Kenney in New York and then later became the public relations director for the Cross County Hospital medical center.
In 1973, she left New York and settled in Florida with her husband and youngest son. In Miami, she established herself as a realtor first with the Stadler Group and then later with J Poole & Associates. Well regarded as one of the leading agents in her area, she was a member consistently of the million dollar club, selling over a million dollars a year. In 2000, after a brief illness, she moved to Nevada where, after 9 months, she subcumbed to cancer. She always had one of her three sons around her in her last months and passed peacefully.
