Addie Mae Hendrickson, 97, of Columbia, KY, died Tuesday, February 2, 2010 in Cape Coral, Florida.

A native of Adair County, she was a daughter of the late R.B. and Nancy Hall Reeves, a member of Lyndon Christian Church in Louisville and Shiloh Christian Church in Columbia. She graduated from Kentucky Baptist Hospital School of Nursing in Louisville and was a nurse at Central State Hospital for 24 years.

Besides her parents, she was also preceded in death by three brothers: Herndon, Joseph Preston, and Buford "Banty" Reeves, and four sisters: Annie Lee Powell, Mary Morris, Virginia Combest, and Dimple Yates.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Dr. A.J. and Margaret Hendrickson of Cape Coral, FL, and one sister, Jessie Aaron of Columbia. Six grandchildren: Mark Hendrickson, Marcia Lambright, Alice Walter, Russell Hendrickson, Rita Montague, and Joan Lawrence, and 10 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren also survive. Several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends also survive.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2010 at 12:00 noon at Shiloh Christian Church with Bro. Norbert Hall officiating. Burial in the Reeves Family Cemetery.

Casket Bearers are: Mark Hendrickson, Russell Hendrickson, Mark Lambright, Bryan Lambright, Jamie DeBruin, and Dr. Larry Lawrence. Grissom-Martin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
