He resided in Kenton County, Kentucky prior to the war.
He enlisted in the Army on April 13, 1942 at Fort Thomas, Newport, Kentucky.
Donald died in the "Line Of Duty" of a non-battle related incident when the "Buzz Wagon" crashed in a "Test Hop" near Ain M'Lila (Tunisia/North Africa) along with the entire crew on board during the war.
