Funeral services for Mr. John A. Knighten, aged citizen of Harris community, who died at his home Tuesday after an illness of a week, were held Wednesday afternoon at three o'clock at the Baptist church in that community.
Mr. Knighten, 88-year-old resident of Harris community, is survived by one sister, Mrs. Ella Adkins of Camp, La.; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services were conducted by Elder A.E. Brown of Homer.
