He is a descendant of the George Boone III and Mary Milton Mogridge line of Daniel Boone and related to Daniel as a 1st cousin 6 times removed. He is the 3rd great grandson of Josiah Noah Boone II that served in the Revolutionary War as a private in the Kentucky (then part of Virginia) militia under Captain Samuel Kirkham and Brigadier General George Rogers Clark, Oct 22 1782-Nov 23 1782.
