One of four girls born to:
Benjamin Franklin Dodson (1846 - 1927)
Esther Isabell Curtis Dodson (1850 - 1929)

SIBLINGS:
Rachel Ellen Dodson 1869 – 1943
Mary Francis "Mollie" Dodson 1871 – 1935
Josephine Dodson 1874 – 1959

Husband: Joseph Lytle "Ned" Duncan
Married December 25, 1905, Mills County, Texas

CHILDREN:
Ray Miller Duncan 1907 – 1988
Carmel Evelyn Duncan b. 1923
Barbara Ruth Duncan b.1928

Lillie lived with her mother and father all of her life. When she married Joseph Lytle, they both lived in the home, and "Ned" helped out at the farm with the work.
They had large gardens, orchards, and livestock to tend.
There were many Duncan relatives living within close proximity, and they all got together to help one another with the harvesting, canning, shearing, pig rendering, etc. The road that ran in front of their house was, and still is called "Duncan Lane", as there are so many Duncan's living on it and nearby using the FM road.
She was an excellent cook, seamstress, and loved the farm chores.

She died at her daughter Carmel's home in Star, while in Carmel's care toward the end.
