Daughter of Thomas Mowbray and Eleanor FitzAlan. Her father was a Crusader who died in Venice Italy of the Plague.

"Wife of Sir Henry de Ferrers, married shortly before 13 July 1416, and mother of Elizabeth, who would marry Sir Edward Grey. Secondly, she was the third wife of Sir James
Berkeley and mother of four sons and three daughters:
Sir William, Knight of the Bath and Earl Marshal of Nottingham
Sir Maurice, Knight of the Body of the King m Isabel de Meade
James, Thomas, Elizabeth, wife of William Burdet, Esq.
Isabel, wife of William Tyre, Esq., Alice, wife of Richard Arthur, Esq.

Isabel died at Gloucester Castle where she had been imprisoned by Margaret Talbot, the
Countess of Shrewsbury as repercussion for Isabel's husband sacking Margaret's manor at
Wotton-under-Edge in Gloucestershire, where Margaret's son sacked Henry's Berkeley castle
in 1452 and took him prisoner."
