Norney was the eldest daughter of Frank and Eleanor (Pastorino) Corsiglia. Born and raised in Chicago, she lived in the same house her whole life until about 6 months before her death when she was admitted to a nursing home because of her declining health. Norney never married nor did she have any children of her own. She was like having a second grandma around. A devote Catholic, she attended St. Veronica Catholic Church in Chicago her entire life. She is missed by her entire family.
