Betty K. Clark of Columbus, Georgia and formerly of Atlanta, Indiana passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 in Magnolia Manor in Columbus. Betty was born in Clinton County to John & Audrey Cunningham.

She was a graduate of Scircleville High School and Indiana Business College. Formally educated as a legal secretary, she worked many years in the Tipton County Clerk's office. She was a member of Albright United Methodist Church, Atlanta, and after its dissolution, Kempton Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Eastern Star Rosary Chapter #66.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lowell L. Clark in 1986 after 46 years of marriage. Also predeceasing her were a brother, Edward Cunningham, and sisters Jean Schmidt and Barbara Yeaple. Survivors include one son, Dave Clark of Columbus and one daughter, Betsy Tomblin and husband Neal of Fortson, Georgia; one sister, Margie Thorp of Tipton and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services for Betty will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 27 at Young-Nichols Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Butler presiding and interment to follow in Arcadia Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
