Janet Leake Mattingly, 58, Raywick, died May 21, 2006, at Norton Suburban Hospital in Louisville. Born June 1, 1947, in Marion County, Mattingly was a former homemaker and member of St. Francis Xavier Church. She was preceded in death by: her father, Richard Thomas Leake, and mother, Mary Genevieve Thomas Leake. Survivors include: her husband, Bob Mattingly; three daughters, Karen Mardis of Loretto, Crystal Trent of Fisherville and Jill Lyvers of St. Francis; three sisters, Elaine Daugherty of Loretto, Connie Williams of Raywick and Ann Smith of Lebanon; three brothers, Steve and Jude Leake of Lebanon, Timothy Leake of Raywick; and four grandchildren. Funeral services were held May 25 at St. Francis Xavier Church in Raywick with burial in the church cemetery. Rev. James W. Graf was chief celebrant. Pallbearers were Mike Adolph Williams, Steve, Timothy and Judy Leake, Johnny Boone and Tim Gribbons. Mattingly Funeral Home, Loretto, was in charge of the arrangements.
