MRS. FRANKIE LANGSTON, 80, of Bartlett, TN, formerly of Anniston, AL died Friday, February 5, 2010. She enjoyed her family, her church and her many friends. She was an active member of Bellevue Baptist Church and was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. Monday, February 8 until service at 2 p.m. at Memphis Funeral Home, Germantown Parkway Chapel. Burial will be in Memphis Memory Garden. She was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Bennie E. Langston and daughter, Cindy Miller. She is survived by her daughter Vicki and son-in-law, Mike Barnett, daughters, Pam LaRue and Jennifer Langston; four grandchildren, Rob LaRue, Holly Bankston (John), Joy Miller (Neely), Justin Barnett; and three great-grandchildren, Carmen Miller, Lily Kate Bankston, Anna Neely Miller. The family wishes to express their appreciation for the excellent care their mother received from the staff at Methodist North Hospital. Memorials can be made to Memphis Union Mission.
