Rose Kendall
SPRINGFIELD — The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 8, at Major Family Funeral Home in Springfield for Rose Kathleen Kendall of Springfield, who died Feb. 3 of kidney failure. She was 85. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon Monday at the funeral home.
She was born April 26, 1924, in Fall Creek to Norton and Opal Stevick Warner. She married Clarence Kendall on Jan. 22, 1943, in Pueblo, Colo. He died Sept. 4, 1996.
A graduate of Lowell High School, she was a homemaker.
Survivors include three daughters, Dian Schmidt of Ontario, Canada, and Sue Kendall and Darlene Kirk, both of Springfield; a sister, Eloise Parmiter of Klickitat, Wash.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. A son, Donald Kendall, died previously.
Burial will be at Mount Vernon Cemetery in Springfield. Remembrances to Immanuel Baptist Church.
