MOULTRIE GA Mary Alice Hale Darbyshire, 87, of Moultrie died Friday, Dec. 17, 2004, at her residence.

Graveside rites will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 19, at Cobb Suncrest Memorial Gardens with the Rev. John Stephens, her son in law officiating.

Born Jan. 3, 1917, in Dale County, Ala., Mrs. Darbyshire was the daughter of the late Camilla Jane Mims Hales and Andy Jacob Hales. She was a homemaker and a member of Tyson Methodist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Dale Darbyshire.

Survivors include one son, James Ray Darbyshire(Brenda) of Albany; three daughters, Dorotha Linda Proctor of Flowery Branch, Kay Darbyshire of Moultrie and Mary Elizabeth Stephens(John) of Thomasville; two sisters, Susie Calhoun of Bainbridge and Ruby Parker of Donalsonville.
