Edith C. Akey, 91, died at 6:20am on January 24, 1986, at DeKalb Memorial Hospital in Auburn, Indiana. She had been residing at Meadowhaven Nursing Center. She was born in Leo, Indiana on April 15, 1894 to Jacob Lochner and Nancy Annette (Comesky) Lochner Erickson Lochner. She married Leavitt Lucas Akey on April 3, 1912 in Leo, Indiana. He passed away on July 26, 1961.
