Charles H. Holley, age 84, passed away Saturday, January 2, 2010 at OSU East Hospital. Born November 12, 1925 in Mason County, WV. to Homer and Vina Belle Lewis Holley. Preceded in death by his parents, sisters Gracie Chapman, Nannie Belle Jenkins, brothers Jud Holley, Bernard Holley and five brothers and sister in their childhood. Survived by wife of 63 years, Virginia; and four children, Mike, Keith, Richard Holley, Debra K. Martin; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; sister, Wilma Jenkins of Mechanicsburg, OH; brother, Eugene (Freeda) of Deluth, Ga; sisters-in-law, Kathleen Holley and Sue Holley. He retired from International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union #683 in 1990. He worked for Jordan Electric Co. with Ralph Wells. He loved to go to church, he loved singing and playing music. He played piano, guitar and mandolin. Friends my call at the O. R. WOODYARD CO. CHAPEL, 1346 S. High St., Tuesday 4-8 p.m., where funeral service will be held Wednesday 11 a.m. Pastor John Loar officiating. Interment Obetz Cemetery.
