THE PAWNEE CHIEF (Pawnee City, Nebraska)- Wednesday, February 8, 1933.
MRS.. MINNIE RAKOSNIK.
Mrs. Minnie Rakosnik died last Friday evening at the home of her son, John, northwest of DuBois. Mrs. Rakosnik was a patient sufferer of the disease which finally claimed her life, dying at the age of 68 years, ten months and eleven days. She was born in Czecho-Slovika and came to America in 1874. Her husband preceded her in death a number of years ago. She is survived by four children, Mrs. Bohman Wenzbauer, Mrs. August Hunzeker, Henry and John Rakosnik, all of DuBois, four step-daughters, two sisters, two brothers, and one half brother. Funeral services were held at the Z. C. B. J. Hsll conducted by Rev. G. H. Krueger and F. G. Dobrovolny and burial in the Bohemian cemetery west of Humboldt.
