John Allen Beal, age 55 of Dodson, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2009 at his residence.
Mr. Beal was preceded in death by his father John Allen Beal, Sr. He was a member of the Hurricane Creek Baptist Church
Mr. Beal is survived by his wife Carin V. Beal of Dodson, four godchildren Angel Cavazos, Katie Boyer, Lee Cavazos, and Avery Cook. He is also survived by his mother Janie W. Beal of North Hodge, La., and four sisters Sherri Beal of West Monroe, Lorie Bedgood and husband Rodger of Dodson, Lydia Woods of Hodge, and Margaret Tilley of Goldonna.
Funeral services for Mr. Beal will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 30, 2009 at Hurricane Creek Baptist Church with Reverends Terry McNaughton and Rayford Chandler officiating. Interment will follow in the Hurricane Creek Cemetery under the direction of Southern Funeral Home of Winnfield.
Friends may visit with the family in the funeral home on Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until time of services.
