WILLODEAN GRAWCOCK HINES, 88, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2013, in Syracuse. She graduated from Churu-busco High School in 1941, and worked as a Waitress in several Fort Wayne restaurants for 42 years. She had also worked as a Jewelry Clerk at Glenbrook Mall, and enjoyed summers at her cottage on Adams Lake. Surviving are sister, Doris Stahly of Syracuse; brothers, Robert L. Grawcock of Columbia City and Don (Sarah) Grawcock of Syracuse; four step-children; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Hines in 2000; parents, Leslie and Mary (Spacy) Grawcock; brother, Max E. Grawcock; and sister Betty L. Haflich. Service is 1 p.m. Friday at Sheets & Childs Funeral Home in Churubusco, with calling two hours prior to the service. Burial in Eel River Cemetery, south of Churubusco. Memorials to Wawasee Lakeside Chapel or American Cancer Society .
