As I was growing up Aunt Gracie as we called her lived in Leonard and she was known for her sewing. Her specialty was her dolls, notably for her Raggady Ann and Andy dolls. For her 70'th birtday they had the road she lived on named Raggady Ann Lane up until she moved and later passed away.
Aunt Gracie loved giving her brothers a hard time. I remember learning to sew from her. One day she showed me her doll collection and she still had the very first doll that she ever got and it was still in the box. At that time she was at least 85 or 90 years old.
