Mrs. Henry Campbell, 78 years old, fell to her death from a 90-foot railroad cut between Pleasant Valley and Cowan, just over the Nicholas line in Fleming County Ky., Saturday night or early Sunday morning.
The body of the aged woman, lying alongside the railroad tracks, was found Sunday afternoon by Mr. and Mrs. Henry Stanfield as they were walking on the tracks. She had been dead for several hours.
Mrs. Campbell lived with her daughter, Mrs. Wilmore Barbee near the scene of the tragedy. She is believed to have been walking along the cliff when she fell over. Mrs. Campbell's husband has been dead for several years. She formerly resided in this county.
She is survived by three daughter's, Mrs. Barbee, Mrs. George Ritchie and Mrs. Matt Jolly.
