He was born February 15, 1934, in Centertown, Kentucky, to the late Clyde Ronald Pillow, Sr., and Lillie (Maddox) Pillow.
He was a member of the Sebree General Baptist Church and a retired architectural engineer for Yager Marine in Owensboro.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Harvey Pillow.
He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Wila Dean (Greenfield) Pillow of Sebree; a son, Eugene Pillow of Ashland,Kentucky; a daughter, Rhonda Boerste of Huntingburg, Indiana; a sister, Ovelia Allen of Beaver Dam; four brothers,Walter Pillow of El Paso, Texas, J.C. Pillow of Ruskin, Florida, Bert Pillow of Apollo Beach, Florida, and Boise Pillow of Evansville, Indiana; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Services held on Friday, August 25, 2006, at Sebree General Baptist Church. Burial was in Springdale Cemetery.
