Helen Frances Barham was born November 9, 1928, in Prescott, Arkansas, to William and Lucille (Hardison) Jones. She died Monday, December 21, 2009, in Collinsville, Oklahoma at the age of 81 years. She was reared and educated in Prescott, Arkansas, and graduated with the Prescott High School Class of 1947. She was married May 24, 1947, at Prescott to Jack Bryce Barham. She spent most of her working life as a homemaker and caring for her family. They had made their home in Owasso since 1990. She was a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Owasso. She enjoyed a variety of pastimes including collecting and refinishing antiques. She was also an excellent seamstress in making dresses.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, one brother, and her husband, Jack Barham.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 23, 2009, at Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso. Funeral services will be held 10:00 a.m. Thursday, December 24, 2009, at the Mowery Funeral Service Chapel in Owasso with Pastor Ben Killion officiating. Serving as casket bearers will be Bryan Morris, Daniel Barham, Bryce LaVal, Gary Thompson, Bob LaVal, and Drew Barham. Committal services and interment will follow at Graceland Memorial Park Cemetery in Owasso. Arrangements and services were entrusted to Mowery Funeral Service of Owasso.
