John W. Cousins, 88, of Templeton RD1, died Monday, March 7, 1994 at his residence.

He was born Sept. 23, 1905 in Adrian to John W. and Gisela (Brison) Cousins.

Mr. Cousins retired in 1967 from the Dravco Corporation in Neville Island, Pittsburgh.

Survivors include his wife, Vera (Hill) Cousins whom he married June 21, 1928; a son, Victor R. Cousins of Templeton RD1; three daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Vivian) Bryan of Templeton RD1, Mrs. Edward (Linda) Kubiak of Carnegie and Marlene Scutti of Youngstown, OH; a brother, William L Cousins of Templeton RD1; two sisters, Isabella Painter of Erie and Elaine Boggs of Michigan; 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; eight brothers, three sisters, and an infant son, John Eugene.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 10, 1994 at 1:30 p.m at Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home with the Rev. Peter deVries, pastor of the Mars Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will take place in Mateer Cemetery.
