Alice (DeMont) MacQueen WALTHAM Alice Marie (DeMont) MacQueen died Monday, November 16, 2009, at the Life Care Center of Leominster after a lengthy illness. She was 98. The daughter of the late William and Henrietta DeMont, she was born and raised in Charlestown, Nova Scotia and moved to Waltham at the Age of 14. She had been a member of the Beth Eden Baptist Church. She was predeceased by her husband, Calvin A. MacQueen, her son, Calvin A. MacQueen, Jr. and her two brothers. Mrs. MacQueen is survived by her daughter, Janet Ferguson of Leominster, her sister, Melissa Mae Fennell of Greenfield and her grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. A Graveside Committal Service will be held on Friday afternoon at 1 p.m. at the Mount Feake Cemetery, 203 Prospect Street, Waltham.
