Lawrence B. Rockwell
Lawrence Bernard ROCKWELL, 66, R.R. 1, Rochester, died at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday in his home on the west side of Lake Manitou of a heart attack. He had been ill two weeks.
Mr. Rockwell assisted his brother, Paul, basketball coach at Rochester high school, in the operation of Rockwell's Landing at the lake.
Born in Seymour, May 26, 1893, he was the son of Oscar and Alice FOIST ROCKWELL. He had resided in Rochester 40 years, coming here from Indianapolis in 1919.
Surviving are the brother, Paul [ROCKWELL], and one sister, Mrs. Harry (Addie) ROSBERG, Indianapolis.
Funeral services will be Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the Zimmerman Brothers funeral home with the Rev. C. A. UNDERWOOD officiating. Burial will be in the Rochester I.O.O.F. cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after Friday noon.
