In 1890, he lived in Tyrone Township, Adams County, in 1907, in Idaville, Adams County, but died in nearby Middlesex Township, Cumberland County from "cancer of mouth and face (right side)" with "leaking hemorrhages from the sore every few days for 4 mos."
