I know the record of death shows that he was born in Windham, and don't know how you handle conflicting information. Census info before (Paul in Brookfield, Orange Co., VT, Robey Ann not found) and after (Westminster, MA) is not conclusive --apparently they were moving around -- but I would be inclined to go with the Orange County location.
