Served on the Nebraska Executive Committee of the Nebraska Grain Associations, was a member of the Omaha, Denver and Kansas City Grain Exchanges and of the National Grain Trade Council
Activities: member of the church, Kearney Elks Club, Kearney Country Club, UNK Foundation, past chairman of the Gateway Farm Expo and a member of the Kearney Area Chamber of Commerce
Survivors include: wife; son, Brad of Kearney; daughter, Tami Hellman of Kearney; sister, Lois Vosicky of Fairhope, Ala.; and four grandchildren
