Mr. Nicholas, a farmer and his wife, Mayme were married in Calhoun 40 years ago. She survives along with a son, 1st Llt. Frank Nicholas of Mineral Wells, TX, two daughters, Mrs. Evelyn Jones of Long Island, NY, and Miss Georgia Ann Nicholas, at home and five Grandchildren.
Also his mother, Mrs. Anna Wilson Nicholas of Olney; a brother Charles Nicholas of Farmer City and five Sisters, Mrs. Grace Zerkel of Claremont, Mrs. Marjorie Barche of Carmi, and Mrs. Maude Harper and Mrs. Hazel Courtright, both of Olney. Burial in Crest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
