In 1860 the widow Susan, along with sons Samuel and John, was living at Derry Township, Mifflin County, Pennsylvania. In 1870 the widow, Susan, son John W., along with a Henry T. Snook (age 10) were living with the Andrew Rian family at Derry Township, Mifflin County, Pennsylvania. Three Rothrock children (cousins) were also living with the family; John H. (age 10, James A. (age 8) and William G. (age 3). Susanna died at the home of her daughter, Nancy Rothrock Ort.
