Lavaca, Ark., June15. - James W. Hargrove (sic - should be James E. Hargrove), 72 years old, died at his home in the Vesta community, five miles north of Charleston Thursday. The body was takn Friday to the Rankin cemetery near Lone Elm, seven miles north of Mulberry for burial The funeral service was conducted by Rev J. E. Shell, pastor of the Methodist church at Charleston. Mr. Hargrove is survived by three sons, Claude Hargrove of Oklahoma, Cluva of Fort Smith, and Dolphus of Charleston, fouur daughters, Mrs. Charley Smithers of Mulberry, Mers. Jewell Wakefield, Miss Gertie Hargrove and Miss Ruth Hargrove of Charleston and one brother, Arthur Hargrove of Mulberry. All were prsent for the funeral.
