Funeral services for Mrs. Emory O'Hair, a life-time resident of the Lizton community, were from the Lizton Christian Church, Friday afternoon, in charge of the Rev. James Shockley with burial in the K. of P. Cemetery.
The daughter of William and Martha Hall, she received her early education at the Hall District school. On February 8, 1888, she was married to Peter Bailey, and they were the parents of two children, William Edgar Bailey and Mrs. Martha Pfieffer. Mr. Bailey died November 7, 1926, and in 1936, she was married to Emory O'Hair, who survives.
Early in life, Mrs. O'Hair united with the Lizton Christian Church and was the oldest member at the time of her death. She died at her home April 18 after an illness of several months.
Besides the husband, survivors are a son, William Bailey; daughter, Mrs. Martha Pfieffer; two granddaughters, four great-grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Mattie Ellis, of Lizton.
