Busboom Brothers were building the McCune-Brooks Hospital in Carthage as well as about seven projects of schools & courthouses in Kansas & Missouri when George died. Frank & surviving partner Joe Rauh later formed the Busboom-Rauh Construction company removing it to Salina, Kansas where he died.
