DANVILLE, ILL., May 17 - - Frank E. Knight, native of Morgantown, Ind., where he was born in 1867 and a veteran telegraph operator, died Thursday morning at his home in Vermillion Heights, a suburb, after an illness of several months.
For twelve years he was the first trick telegraph operator for the Big Four railway here in the yard office, coming here from Indianapolis where he had worked for the Belt railway for a number of years.
The body will be taken on Saturday forenoon to Morgantown for the interment.
One daughter, Mrs. Gail Sallee, resides in Indianapolis.
