Lucille Jane Flowers, 91, of Greenfield, Mo., passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2009 at the Dade County Nursing Home in Greenfield. Mrs. Flowers was born on July 18, 1918 in Dade County. She was the youngest child of James and Amanda Rosa (Hurst) Bell.

She was a member of the Min Street Baptist Church in Greenfield.

She was preceded in death by her parents; five brothers; two sisters; her husband and two daughters.

Mrs. Flowers is survived by three sons, Donald and wife Betty, Richard and wife Shirley, and Keith and wife Sherry; four grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.

Funeral services will be Saturday October 17, 2009, at 2 p.m. in the Main Street Baptist Church, Greenfield, Mo., with the Rev. Harold McMasters officiating. Burial will be in Hampton Cemetery, Everton, Mo., under direction of Birch Funeral home of Ash Grove. Friends may call from 1 p.m. until the service at the church.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Main Street Baptist Church, Greenfield, Mo., or the American Cancer Society.
