Graveside services were under direction of the IOOF Lodge of Georgetown, and burial was in Capital Memorial Gardens, with Condra Funeral Home in charge.
Pallbearers were: Claude Dedear, Victor Dedear, L. P. Parker, William Kndson, Theo Miles and Eugene Cunningham.
Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Ellen Smith; four daughters, Mr. B. L. Cluck, Mrs Nelda Elam and Mrs. Eula Dedear, all of Round Rock, and Mrs. Julia Wright of Downey, California; a son Charlie Smith of Austin; three sisters, Mrs. C. R.
