"WILLIAM B. BUTLER ~ Word was received in Salt Lake Thursday of the death of William B. Butler, 54, former resident of Salt Lake, in Oakland, Cal.
Born in Salt Lake, Mr. Butler was a son of the late William L. and Jane R. Butler. For many years he was a barber in Salt Lake. He moved to California with his family several years ago.

He is survived by his widow, Via Christensen Butler; two sons, and a daughter, Fred W., John E. and Cleone Butler, and the following brothers and sisters; John M., Thomas E., Ralph M., Joseph T. and Catherine B. Butler; Mrs. L.V. Guynn and Mrs. J.E. Openshaw, of Salt Lake, and Mrs. T.L. Parker of Glendale, Cal.
Funeral services will be conducted Saturday at Oakland."
