Cena's mother, Rhoda Belle Fisher Wood, died when she was born or shortly thereafter. Cena was given to Rhoda's sister (Rebecca Fisher Whitaker) to raise. Rhoda's husband, Thomas William Wood, remarried within a year to Roxie Ann Mullins. Tom & Roxie had four children (Claude, Maude, Bessie, & Romie). They, along with Tom's three older children (Belle Wood Wilson, Kate Wood Huff, & James Caleb Wood, and their families), moved to Visalia, California, about 1898.
Cena stayed in Missouri and married Guy Samuel "Peck" Harrington. She died in 1909 at age 28. Haven't yet found the cause of her death.
