Ora L. Ford, 61, of 704 E. Sixth St., died at 4:15 p.m. Thursday in St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.

Services are pending with Alexander Funeral Directors.

She moved to Borger from Hollis, Okla., in 1941. She was a member of Central Baptist Church and Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 1789.

She married A.D. Ford, Feb. 12, 1949 in Borger.

Survivors include her husband; three sons, W.R. "Butch" Garrison, Eugene Garrison and Albert Van Garrison, all of Checotah, Okla.; two brothers, C.C. "Jack" Treadway of Fritch, Joe Treadway of Newsberry Springs, Calif.; three sisters, Sadie Smith of Turlock Calif., Ann Lee Ford and Lorada Sargent both of San Antonio; eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Services for Ora L. Ford, 61, of 704 E. Sixth St., will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Alexander Chapel of Memories.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Alexander Funeral Directors. The Rev. Leonard Forsythe will officiate.

She died Thursday. Mrs. Ford had been a resident of Borger since 1941.

She was a member of Central Baptist Church and the Ladies Auxiliary VFW Post 1789.

Surviving are her husband, A.D.; three sons, W.R. "Butch" Garrison and Eugene Garrison, both of Borger, and Albert Van Garrison of Checotah, Okla.; two brothers, C.C. "Jack" Treadway of Fritch and Joe Treadway of Newberry Springs, Calif.; three sisters, Sadie Smith of Turlock, Calif., and Anna Lee Ford and Lorada Sargent, both of San Antonio; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The family will be staying at 826 Whittenburg St.

Pallbearers will be E.P. Baugh, B.B. Ashford, Glen Johnston, W.F. Montrose, James Petty and Butch Tipton.
